TatraGarden Soul is a detached holiday house that is yours alone for the whole stay. It is the ideal choice for families with children and small groups of adults looking for privacy, calm and the feel of a family house with a garden in a village below the Tatras.
The house was built in 2023 to energy class A0 using modern technology. Underfloor heating and heat-recovery ventilation in every room keep it comfortable all year round.

Privacy and comfort for the whole group
The ground floor is made for time together, the upper floor for proper rest. Downstairs you will find a spacious living room with kitchen and a smaller bathroom. Upstairs there are two cosy bedrooms and a spacious bathroom.

Heating and forced ventilation
Electric underfloor heating with independent zone control (a separate thermostat in every living room). Room heat-recovery units exchange the air. The building meets the strict criteria of energy class A0.
Fully equipped kitchen
The kitchen has everything you need for easy cooking: fridge freezer, induction hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave and dishwasher. A kettle, coffee machine, a full set of tableware and all the kitchen utensils come as standard.
Spacious 540 m² garden
Relax in the spacious garden with a fire pit, garden barbecue, a swing and seasonal fruit to taste. The terrace with a lovely view of the garden is perfect for morning coffee or an evening unwind. Families with children will appreciate the room to play.
For our youngest guests
Toys and a small library wait for our youngest guests in the entrance hall. The swing in the garden is a favourite and on request we will gladly prepare a baby cot free of charge.
Bed linen and towels
Our guests' comfort comes first. Every new guest gets freshly washed bed linen and a full set of towels, bath towels and tea towels. We work with a professional laundry that meets strict hygiene standards.

Fast free connection throughout the house, a cable connection is available too. Good enough for a video call if work catches up with you.

Two spaces on the street in front of the owner's house and one behind a lockable gate.
Answers to your most common questions
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out by 10:00.
Yes, if current occupancy allows. Early check-in is possible from 11:00 and late check-out until 19:00 at the latest. The service costs €10 for every hour started. An earlier arrival or later departure always depends on prior agreement.
We have lived in Gerlachov for more than 20 years, so we are happy to recommend our favourite hiking routes, trips and restaurants. We will share tips that mostly only locals know.
You book directly in our booking system. Choose your dates and number of guests, see the price and complete the booking including payment online. The availability calendar is always up to date.
Gerlachov is not a busy tourist centre, but it offers peaceful walks with unique views of the High Tatras panorama. Runners will love it too. The Gerlachov lookout tower is just 5 minutes on foot and in winter the forests behind the village become a popular spot for cross-country skiing.
