02How accommodation is provided

We provide tourist accommodation in a detached holiday house in the garden of the owner's family home. Guests have the whole house and the garden. It sleeps 4 adults and 2 children forming one family or group.

03Rooms and equipment

The ground floor has a living room with a sofa bed, a large dining table with a bench and chairs and a TV, a fully equipped kitchen and a toilet with washbasin connected to the utility room. The entrance hall has a small library and toys for children. Upstairs there are two rooms, the larger with a double bed and a small sofa bed, the smaller with two single beds, and a bathroom with shower and toilet.

04Heating, water and internet

Electric underfloor heating has its own thermostat in every room and heat-recovery units ventilate every living space. Hot water comes from a hybrid electric heater, drinking water from the public supply. Free Wi-Fi and a cable connection are available throughout the house.

05Room sizes

Living room with kitchen 29.90 m², toilet with utility room 2.59 m², hall 3.04 m², stairs 4.87 m², room I 15.41 m², room II 9.12 m², landing 2.43 m², bathroom with toilet 5.56 m². Total 80 m², terrace 30 m².

06Parking

Two parking spaces are on the street in front of the owner's family home and one is behind a lockable gate. Parking is free.

07Garden

The garden has a fire pit, a garden barbecue, a swing and seasonal fruit.

08Arrival and departure

Check-in is from 15:00, check-out by 10:00.

09Quiet hours and access

Quiet hours run from 22:00 to 6:00. Only registered guests may enter the holiday house and the garden.

10Smoking

Smoking is prohibited throughout the holiday house. You may smoke in the garden outside the house.

11Not allowed

Handling open fire in the house (the fire pit and barbecue in the garden are at your disposal), using your own electrical appliances except small personal devices, bringing firearms, explosives and chemicals that could endanger safety, moving furniture in the rooms and bringing pets into the house.

12Linen and cleaning

We change bed linen, towels, bath towels and tea towels at every change of guests. At every change of guests we clean and wash and disinfect the sanitary facilities.

13Waste

We sort waste into mixed municipal waste, glass, paper and plastics.

14Damage

If the facilities or equipment are damaged during the stay, the guest is liable for the damage and must pay the cost of repair or replacement.

15First aid and emergency numbers

The first aid kit is on the ground floor in the entrance hall. Integrated rescue system 112, ambulance 155, fire brigade 150, police 158.

16When you leave

When leaving, please switch off the lights, close the windows, check that the taps are turned off and lock the house.
