Bookings and payments run in the Rentalls system. We process customers' identification, contact and payment data and the chosen dates in line with the law in order to perform the contract. Providing this data is necessary to complete a booking. If you contact us through the web form, your name, e-mail and message are used only to handle your request.
If you agree in the cookie bar, we measure website traffic with Google Analytics and user experience with Microsoft Clarity. The data is statistical and helps us improve the website. Without your consent these tools do not start and you can withdraw consent at any time via the Cookies link in the footer.
We keep booking data as required by tax and accounting law. Messages received through the contact form are deleted within six months of receipt at the latest.
Bookings and payments are handled by our partner Rentalls, the provider of the booking system. We use the Brevo platform to send e-mail notifications and communication. Traffic measurement is provided by Google (Google Analytics) and Microsoft (Clarity), only with your consent. The website runs on secure servers of a web hosting provider. We never sell your personal data to third parties or trade with it.
We aim for full transparency in processing your personal data. You can ask us at any time what data we hold and request its correction, erasure, portability or restriction of processing. Send your requests in writing or by e-mail. If you have doubts about how we handle your data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
